A healthy diet is very important as it provides us with more than energy. This diet will gives our body the right amount and enough building blocks we need to stay healthy. It will also keep us feeling young, looking great, and perhaps even disease-free.

COMPOSITION OF HEALTHY DIET

A healthy diet should contain protein ( meat, egg and fish) carbohydrate ( potatoes, rice, fruits)
fats ( unsaturated fats , oils, nuts) sugar (fructose, glucose) fibers ,vitamins and minerals(fruits and vegetable, wholewheat and brans)

WHAT SHOULD WE AVOID

  1. FOOD THAT CONTAIN HIGH CALORIES AND LOW NUTRITIONAL VALUE
  2. Eating accessive amount of food even if this food is healthy
  3. canned food
  4. Different types of bevrage that contain large amount of cafffeine and sugar

Healthy balance diet starts at every meal you should make your healthy meal develop to habbit.Many people fail because they consider their meal as duties we have to perform by change our diet to habbit we can reach a point where our diet is basic part of our life style.
